Being affiliated to ASI means that we can offer ASI certified examinations, including ASI Certificates at levels 1 and 2 and the ASI Diploma. For those wishing to pursue a Sommelier Competition career, then there is the UK Sommelier of the Year, as well as the opportunity to be considered as a candidate for ASI European and International Competitions. A proven track record in mentoring Somms is another of our membership USP’s.

We try to host events as often as possible. Some of these events are London-based but we have dedicated regional clubs, the UKSA Northern Club to cater to professionals in the north of England and Scotland and UKSA Southern Club for those in the south and Wales.

ASI Examinations

Our UKSA Members get details and advice on all ASI (International Sommelier Association) exams we run and host here in the UK, including the ASI Certification 1, Certification 2, and ASI Diploma.
